Ziel: schnelles und pr\u00e4zises Schwei\u00dfen von Metallkomponenten mit automatischer Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:28px;\"><h2 Beschreibung<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Jede Station beinhaltet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industrieroboter f\u00fcr Handhabung und Schwei\u00dfen;<\/li>\n<li>HSFS-System f\u00fcr schnelles und pr\u00e4zises Schwei\u00dfen;<\/li>\n<li>PinPoint-Ladestation f\u00fcr die Platzierung der Werkst\u00fccke;<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rderband f\u00fcr die fertigen Werkst\u00fccke;<\/li>\n<li>Automatischer Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr die nicht konformen Werkst\u00fccke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Prozess ist nach dem Einlegen des Werkst\u00fccks vollautomatisch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Der Bediener platziert das Werkst\u00fcck;<\/li>\n<li>Der Roboter nimmt es auf und schwei\u00dft es;<\/li>\n<li>Das Werkst\u00fcck wird auf das Ausgabeband \u00fcberf\u00fchrt;<\/li>\n<li>Nicht konforme Werkst\u00fccke werden automatisch aussortiert;<\/li>\n<li>Konforme Werkst\u00fccke werden zur Verpackung entnommen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div
